It’s possible that you may have a condition called adolescent gynecomastia. What happens with adolescent gynecomastia is that the tissue underneath a guys’ nipples starts to grow, and it may look like he has small breasts. Don’t worry though; this is a common condition, and usually goes away within a few months to a year.
