I have a very bad pain at the back of my left testicle. There is no bump on the testicle itself but an immense amount of pain when I walk.

It is impossible to know what is causing your pain without being evaluated by a health care provider. One dangerous possibility is testicular torsion. Testicular torsion or “twisting of the testes” is rare but it is important for boys/young men to know about it because surgical treatments are needed right away to save the testicle. Without surgery within a few hours of the pain starting, the testicle doesn’t get enough blood to survive and may need to be removed. There are also problems (like infections) which can cause pain around the penis and testicles which will likely need treatment, so it’s important to consult with a medical provider as soon as possible.
