two-friends-sqMost males have finished growing in height by the age of 16-18. However, this depends on when you started puberty and your genetics (i.e. how tall your parents are). Your healthcare provider can review your height and stage of puberty to give you a better idea of whether or not you’re likely to grow more. Unfortunately, there aren’t any medications or exercises that will help you grow taller if you’re otherwise healthy. But you can stand up straight and improve your posture to help you appear taller!
