No. Pubic lice is usually spread by sexual contact or from infected sheets, towels or clothes and causes intense itching. The insect itself will not harm your sperm or penis but if you scratch a lot, you are at risk of getting a skin infection around your genital area. Pubic lice must be diagnosed by a health care provider (HCP) who can carefully look at the infected area(s) and then prescribe the right medicine (since pubic lice can be confused with other skin problems).  It is also important to get checked for other sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
