My penis hasn’t grown, I have little pubic hair, no facial hair, I am very short, and my voice hasn’t broken… why haven’t I gone though puberty correctly?

Thanks for your question and congrats on wanting to make sure you’re healthy. Lots of different things can influence puberty, including genetics and nutrition. While everyone can go through puberty at different times, most males will start noticing changes in their testicles and pubic hair by age 14. We recommend you contact your health care provider to discuss your concerns. They may recommend blood tests and an x-ray to make sure there is nothing else going on.
