“Precum” is the clear fluid that typically leaks out of the penis before a male ejaculates. The medical word for this fluid is called “pre-ejaculate.” Pre-ejaculate fluid often contains sperm and so it is possible for a girl to become pregnant if her partner’s penis comes in contact with her vagina, even if ejaculation doesn’t happen.

- I was having sex with a girl, I didn’t have a condom on, I only had on my underwear so did she. Our underwear got pretty damp, and I was wondering can she get pregnant? I didn’t ejaculate.
- My girlfriend and I had sex but I didn’t ejaculate but I may have had semen on my penis. Today she got her period (thankfully). Is there a chance her period could only last for a day and somehow be pregnant? Does having a period 100% mean she is not pregnant?
