Thanks for your question. Foreskin can get stuck for lots of different reasons. If the foreskin gets stuck below the glans (or head) of the penis this is called paraphimosis. You can try to gently pull the foreskin over your glans with gentle pressure and lubricant. If this does not work, you should go to an emergency department right away as this is a medical emergency. If the foreskin gets stuck for too long it can cut off blood supply to the penis.
