Thank you for your question! It’s great that you practice good hygiene and wash your penis every day. Guys who are not circumcised need to take an extra step when washing their penis. Be sure to gently pull back the foreskin of your penis and clean beneath it with mild soap and water. Rinse and dry completely, then pull the foreskin back over the tip of your penis. If you continue to see a “white layer” when you pull back your foreskin and/or it’s still itchy, talk to your health care provider as you may need treatment for an infection.
- I cannot retract my foreskin very far (a cm maybe) and when I do it squishes the head of my penis. Should I be worried and what treatment should I look for (I would prefer not to go to a doctor).
- I have some concerns about my penis, including trouble retracting my foreskin. Will this affect my sexual life?
- I have little white bumps on my penis but I haven’t had sex of any kind. What are they and why are they there?
- In the last 4 days I have noticed hard white stuff on the head of my penis. My foreskin feels tight when I am erect and it is itchy and burns. My pee hole is always red and burning. What can I do?
